About Our Gym

With personal trainers and 24-hour opening, here at Bodyworks Gym we cater our services to suit you. We have more than 16,000 square feet of space which ensures you never have to wait to train. Some of the machines that we have include rowing, treadmills, free weights, and squat racks.

Mark Forrest took over the gym in 1988 and is passionate about providing a space for bodybuilders, athletes and sportsmen to train. We have since expanded our facilities significantly, enabling us to add more equipment and perks. To add to this, we recently refurbished our changing and shower rooms.

There is the overground from Crouch Hill, or use the Victoria Line from nearby Finsbury Park. Alternatively, the 41 bus route runs directly from Crouch End to our gym.
